I love how it turned out…despite the small hiccup when I fell off a chair while putting the fairy lights and had a minor concussion… but it’s all good now. 🙂 Oh…the things I do…
Christmas Tree!
Sunday, November 26th, 2017By 3 pm this afternoon, I was all nice, cozy and comfy in my pjs, in my bed, enjoying my lazy Sunday (for once!) catching up on my favorite show, Fixer Upper, when this girls kept insisting that we HAVE TO get our Christmas tree today. Since we’ve been getting our trees right after Thanksgiving day for the last few years, she wants to make it our family tradition.
So…we made it out.
I was so tired, I was seeing double..
Shoving down a donut very skillfully.
That’s the one we picked!
I admit, I’m glad she dragged us out of the house to get the tree. Kudos to you Chloe! 😉

My sister in-law brought mashed potatoes, yam and blueberry pie. 🙂

Chloe’s Apple Pie
Thursday, November 23rd, 2017We are all busy making Thanksgiving dinner. (except for Shane who’s been playing video games in the family room.)
Chloe is determined to perfect her apple pie again with a little help from Andrew.
Ta da~ Chloe’s apple pie!
She wrote a really cool essay about her apple pie two years ago. Hope she writes about this one too!
