It is Andrew’s birthday today and I made his favorite food for dinner. Korean meat dumplings & pulled pork sandwiches.

Birthday at D&B

Friday, September 22nd, 2017

To celebrate Shane’s birthday, we took him and his best friend to Dave & Buster’s  to play.

Lots of candies, lemonade, ribs, burgers and fries…it’s all good because it’s his birthday!

Happy Birthday Shane!

Happy 9th birthday my handsome son! You are an awesome kid and we are so proud of you!!

My mom made a birthday breakfast for the family! Thank you Halmuni! :O)

A Little Bit of Paris

Souvenirs from Paris for the family.

Brunch @ Laudurée

Tuesday, September 19th, 2017

One of Chloe’s bucket list for this trip was to eat the “authentic” Laudurée macarons in Paris at their original location. She’s too funny. Luckily there was one close to our hotel.

But first, breakfast.

This is her thing now…drinking hot chocolate with her breakfast.

And Macaroons! We got one box for our family and one box for her best friend. 🙂 Can’t wait to see the rest of our family back home!

Last Night in Paris

Monday, September 18th, 2017

Chloe’s first escargot and she like it!

We were pooped. We accomplished a lot today, but I was not done yet becuase Chloe still hasn’t seen the Eiffel tower up close. My mom was done for the day so I just took Chloe out again. At 10pm.

Streets of Paris, Louvre & Jardin des Tuileries

Monday, September 18th, 2017

I am super excited I am in Paris with these two! My mom’s been here over 40 years ago and she wished she had more time here. There’s just so much to see but obviously we couldn’t see everything in 1 day so I basically just pointed things out to Chloe so when she has the opportunity to visit again, maybe with me or on her own when she’s  older, she’ll hopefully get to all of them.  My mission on this trip was to show her the Louvre and Eiffel tower at the very least.

She loved Jardin des Tuileries.

We are in Paris!

Monday, September 18th, 2017

We are staying in the heart of St. Germain, at Hotel Pas decals for one night in Paris which is a convenient location for sightseeings, restaurants and shops.

We took this tiny elevator to the top floor and then had to walk up one more flight of stairs.

Here we are!

We had the top floor suite and it was spacious.
