Another chilly and cloudy day but we still went to a park in Upper Saddle River. The best part was we were the only (crazy) family at the park. 

Chloe insisted on feeding Shane and she did a great job. The funny thing was Shane kept looking at me with a confused look on his face. lol!

When sun finally came up this afternoon, we went right outside of our house to play.

Chloe is a serious artist.

Chloe went back to her daycare after being absent for a couple of weeks due to a cold. Everyone was so happy to see her. The teachers and kids gave her hugs and kisses when they saw her. One of the teacher said, "it’s just not the same without Chloe!!"

I came down with a cold with the rest of the family so I took a long nap before church this morning while Andrew watched the kids. I heard a lot of giggling and chatting downstairs while I was napping but I didn’t know what was going on. Finally, Chloe blasted my door open and said, "mommy, mommy, happy mother’s day!! I love you!" She gave me a kiss and handed me a card. "I made this card for you" "this is Chloe, this is daddy, this is Shane, this is…." 

 Andrew and I left the kids at home with Jennifer and went out for some sushi in Hoboken. Afterwards, we went to a Karaoke place and sang our hearts out! My song for the night was, ‘I will survive’.
