Jennifer, our new nanny that started this week, Chloe LOVES LOVES !
We are slowly releasing my mother-in-law from her 2 days a week babysitting duties. So, we are going to have Nancy part -time for Shane and Jennifer will be watching both kids for three days a week while Chloe continue’s to go to daycare for the other days. Chloe knows Jennifer from church so she got used to her right away.
I saw Jennifer disciplining Chloe very calmly right before my eyes WHILE having conversation with me! 
I was impressed. She’s all about teaching and doing projects with the kids and we feel very very lucky to have her. We are blessed with such wonderful people watching our kids!!
