Every night before bath, Chloe and I have a quiet time together. I read a children’s Bible story book and Chloe sits in her chair with her animal friends listening. This children’s book is so fun and so easy to understand, I think I enjoy it more than she does. In fact, a few times it was missing and turns out that some other family members have been borrowing it to read too! 🙂

When I say “God’s words”, Chloe looks for the Bible. Whether she pays attention to it or not is a different story, but at least, I think she knows we’re doing something together. My prayer is that this simple habit of spending time with God will become an important part of her day as she grows up.
