Shane’s Christmas gift from us was Knicks game and it is today! The boys went to the game and I sacrificed myself by waiting for them somewhere along the Fifth Avenue… taking advantage of great sales around this time. 😉
Had a few of my girl friends over for a very festive holiday dinner. I made roasted golden beets salad with truffle burrata, lamb chops with rosemary & garlic as appetizers, and for main, I served Frutti di Mare with lobster. For dessert, I combined red wine, star anise, cinnamon stick, cloves, brown sugar, boiled with berries then after it was cooled and chilled, I topped it with frozen yogurt. It was such a refreshing yummy treat.
