For the last couple of weeks, I feel like I’ve been walking around with a cloud over my head. Right after I finished setting up for the party, I found out that my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. When I look back at the pictures, I remember how sad and hard it was just getting through the day…
My first reaction to the news was the worst possible.
However God is so faithful. He’s already planned ahead for her. Last month, she was paired up with a person who has great connections at this cancer hospital in her prayer group. When she found out about my mom’s condition, she scheduled her for an appointment with the surgeon that same week which is unheard of. She’s having surgery next week and the great news is that the cancer has not spread!
I completely trust God that this is one of His mysterious plans, a great, amazing plan for my mom.
All we need to do is pray continuously and trust…

wow, HaeWon, my first thought was it isn’t good news, but how wonderful that God had made plans for her leading up to finding out. God is good, and I will be keeping your mom and family in prayer. What a testimony, nothing is by chance with our awesome God.

We may never meet in this lifetime, but we will when Christ comes again! Praying is the least I can do for a sister in Christ. 🙂
