We had a wonderful potluck party at our house with some close friends. I made:
roasted beet, grapefruit and arugula salad topped with toasted pistachios and feta cheese.
Our guests brought some yummy side dishes!
The Wei’s family brought the main dish~~~ a whole roasted 40 lbs+ pig!!
It was soooo good. Crunchy outside and soft and tender inside. Um um good…
The next day, I tried making a ramen broth with the leftovers.
Perfect meal for the rainy Sunday afternoon.
