We’ve been under the weather for last couple of weeks. I had a cold, both of my parents were also sick and Shane had a flu. He missed three days of school and stayed home with me. Though it’s not good that he was sick, I enjoyed spending much time with him at home.

We had a lot of fun celebrating this awesome guy’s 40th birthday!

Andrew took Shane to a basketball game at Madison Square Garden while Chloe and I went to the museum.

Shane had his friends over for a playdate and they played football outside in the below 20 ? weather without jackets…for over an hour. Look at those red cheeks!

We went for a walk on the first day of year 2020. I’m excited for what God has in store for us this year!

We hosted a holiday pot luck with friends from church at our house.

I made Rigatoni with sausage & fennel,

Cider roasted pork tenderloin, roasted salmon with green herbs and Cheese board which I didn’t get to take pictures of.

Everyone brought so much delicious food. It was a feast! But first, a must group photo!

Oh and my Gingerbread White Russian cocktails! It was so yummy and strong!

We got invited to my friend’s beautiful house for dinner tonight.
