They are my gym buddies! They are my workout friends whom I see almost every single day at the gum and we share the passion for fitness. This morning after the workout, I invited them over a healthy brunch. Inyoung got me into spin classes, Jiyoung got me into crocheting, and Yunhui got me into making sourghdough bread! We inspire each other to get through our Perimenopause years. 🙂

My parents brought FIVE 2.5lbs lobsters today and I had bought Dungeness crabs. What a treat! 

I was so happy to host our last Life on Life group meeting today. We have been meeting every week for the last three years!!! I am so grateful for their life long friendships and sisterhood in Christ. Love you guys so much!
