diy vanity
Saturday, February 3rd, 2018I purchase this sad old desk from an antique store for $15 and I sanded it down and gave a fresh coat of paint. Then I put this venetian mirror I bought from another antique store in Montclair for $75. The ottoman is a purchase I made from Caitlin Wilson 8 weeks ago that finally arrived.
birthday treat
Friday, February 2nd, 2018My friend’s been giving me bliss spa gift cards for my birthdays over the years and realizing that I haven’t used it, she made me take the day off and meet her at the spa. What a treat!
My before & after facial pictures. What a difference. 🙂
Then we headed over to Nobu57 to have lunch. Yum!!! My 5 course lunch bento box:
Thank you so much for making my day so special Renna!! 😉

Monday, December 25th, 2017Christmas Tree!
Sunday, November 26th, 2017By 3 pm this afternoon, I was all nice, cozy and comfy in my pjs, in my bed, enjoying my lazy Sunday (for once!) catching up on my favorite show, Fixer Upper, when this girls kept insisting that we HAVE TO get our Christmas tree today. Since we’ve been getting our trees right after Thanksgiving day for the last few years, she wants to make it our family tradition.
So…we made it out.
I was so tired, I was seeing double..
Shoving down a donut very skillfully.
That’s the one we picked!
I admit, I’m glad she dragged us out of the house to get the tree. Kudos to you Chloe! 😉

Brunch @ Laudurée
Tuesday, September 19th, 2017One of Chloe’s bucket list for this trip was to eat the “authentic” Laudurée macarons in Paris at their original location. She’s too funny. Luckily there was one close to our hotel.
This is her thing now…drinking hot chocolate with her breakfast.
And Macaroons! We got one box for our family and one box for her best friend. 🙂 Can’t wait to see the rest of our family back home!
