I had the pleasure of photographing one of the most joyous event for my good friends. I couldn’t be any more happier for them… Congratulations!!

After the shower, my friends and I went to Danny’s favorite joint in K-town and found this note. How sweet!!

Shane somehow worked his way into finding bunch of toys for himself, including the race car he’s playing with in this photo.

Chloe and Rilee, playing so well together. 🙂

Another baby shower. done.

It was all girls baby shower, so I took Chloe with me.

She loves to read books as you can see.

I had the joy of meeting Amy and Terrence’s new baby, Andrew. How precious…

I found my wedding gifts to them on the walls of their new fancy brooklyn apartment.

Congratulations, Jenn and Rich!

Checking out the view from the hotel room

They spelled Chloe’s name wrong but it was still very nice.

For the longest time, I’ve been wanting to check out Terrain at Styer’s which is Anthropologies’ home edition store outside of Philly. We stopped by the store on the way and bought some pretty plants and home stuff. This made the trip for me. 🙂

Hanging out at the club room

O’dourves and drinks all day

and candy station too.

I’m thrilled to be back at Pecking Gourmet Inn which is my favorite Pecking duck place!. We came here the last time we visited D.C and also my parents took me here when I was like 14 yrs old. This place’s been around  since 1978.

We got two ducks to start!

We had the pleasure of sharing meals with our dear friends and family.

The best. Rock shrimp.

We had ton of food… So yummy. I’m already thinking about coming back here for lunch tomorrow.

philly – day 2

breakfast at Bonté Wafflerie

The girl needs her morning coffee.

The kids didn’t want to leave the hotel, so they are hiding.

Before we left Philly, we stopped by Geno’s for some famous Philly cheesesteaks.

Andrew LOVED it and had TWO. For him, this made the whole trip. I thought it was okay.

Next stop. Washington D.C.

visiting friends

Saturday, February 19th, 2011

We had the privilege of visiting our friends this morning on our way to Philly. We decided to take the kids for a road trip since it’s a long weekend and the kids are off from school until Wednesday. The Krasinski’s welcomed us to their beautiful new home and prepared a lovely lunch. My kids didn’t eat much though. They were busy wondering around the play rooms in the basement and upstairs in the boys rooms. When I explained to Chloe the night before about visiting friend’s house with two boys, she only had one question. “are the boys handsome??” Andrew had a heartburn.

Not only they were handsome, 😉 The kids were very kind and sweet. Andrew even played his piano for us right before our departure.

Thank you for welcoming us to your home. It was so good to see you again. 🙂

unexpected date night

Sunday, February 13th, 2011

Our angel friends OFFERED to babysit our kids this afternoon so Andrew and I can go out for a pre-Valentine’s day dinner. Thank you~~~

Drinks on the  rooftop terrace at the Peninsula.
Expensive drinks, but the view definitely made up for it. It snowed a bit, looking up in the sky in the middle of the city felt… well, expensive.

Dinner at Milos

Looks like kids had fun too. 🙂

They even brought the kids Valentine’s day cards and goodies for everyone.

Thank you uncle Danny and Aunt Renna for playing with our kids and taking care of them!~ You guys ROCK! 😉

last day

Saturday, January 29th, 2011

got up at 6 a.m. (even though I had all the space in the large bed to spread out, I stuffed my sides with pillows to fall asleep. I actually missed my munchkins pushing and shoving next to me in bed…)

went to the Mac Expo,

and stopped by China town for late lunch.

lunch at 5 pm.

I met up with my nephew and niece for the first time this evening!

we took a BART to downtown Berkeley to see my cousin perform.

The band sounded really great! They play what’s known as raggae fusion music, sort of funky and cool.

What an amazing trip I had… I was so happy to see my cousin and her beautiful family during my visit to S.F. Thank you for making this trip so special. And see you in Cabo!~~
