I got to together with my my ex-coworkers for holiday lunch today. Miss these girls so much! XO

For the last few weeks, my friend and I have been busy planning and decorating for our church, getting ready for the Advent season.

We made 6 big wreaths with help of lovely ladies who volunteered to help.

We strung lights to the wreaths and hang them from the ceiling.

I got to hang them using a riser from the top of the ceiling. It was wild, fun and scary to be so high up there. What an experience.

After dinner we came to experience a breathtaking display of more than 7,000 illuminated jack o’ lanterns—all designed and hand-carved on site by the team of artisans. Amazing!

We are out with our friends tonight in upstate NY for a fun event.

Why do we look so serious and stiff? Haha, we rushed to get out the door after getting the kids home from different activities. Off to AWCA Gala, but can’t forget to take a picture!

Shane’s a bush and Chloe’s a sports fan! I made Shane’s bush “outfit” with chicken wire and leaves and it came out pretty well. 🙂
