We invited some friends over for a bbq today and set up the kiddie pool for the children. I can’t believe it’s August tomorrow. We’re off to Korea next week for a whole month and feels like this summer is going by so fast!

Andrew and I decided to have a one-on-one date with each kid every month. So today was the mother & daughter day and Shane spent the day with his dad.
Chloe and I took a ferry to the city this morning so we could visit my friend who just had a baby and then to go visit some museums in the afternoon.
After having a yummy brunch in upper East side,
we met baby Oliver~ Oh he was such a cutie~~
Chloe drew aunt Sara a picture of her and even wrote “mom” in italian.
We walked around SoHo all afternoon and really enjoyed each other’s company.

It was a perfect day spent with my beautiful angel!

We had the pleasure of having some good friends over for play date this afternoon.
Shane’s first time riding a scooter. He picked it up right away. And yes Shane… you’re riding a girl’s scooter.

I’m so used to my kids running around and being loud. It was funny to see all of them so quiet. Riding is serous stuff I guess.
