For the rest of the afternoon, we walked around more, visiting thousands of cute little shops and stumbling upon music and dance performances here and there. 
We felt like we were eating all day long so we decided to have a simple dinner out of all the food we bought at the market this morning.
Then Chloe put rose petals in the bath to relax at the end of a perfect day!
It’s a beautiful Saturday morning in Aix and flea markets are opening up on Cours Mirabeau which is just a few steps from our hotel. 
First, breakfast at Patisserie Béchard.

I am taking my mom and Chloe to France to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday. That’s right, it’s a girls trip! After 7 hr flight to Paris + tax to Train station + 3 hour train ride later, and we are finally in Aix-En-Provence. Yay we made it!

Andrew and I haven’t been here for years and I’m surprised how pretty this town has become.
I have to say everything we ate here in Vermont was so fresh and absolutely delicious including this breakfast at The Colonnade.
Afterwards Andrew went golfing (again) and I went to hit more antique stores and outlets. What a treat!
