We are back to hosting Thanksgiving dinner this year and it will be a nice and intimate dining for 9 people. Can’t wait!

The food we had at ABC Kitchen was so good, I tried to make my dish at home for the family 

Here’s my attempt to recreate Winter butternut squash radicchio salad with goat cheese & roasted chicken on the side.

Today I’m in the city for work, looking for some inspiration. I took Chloe with me and we had a great time as always. She’s such an awesome company. I love you my cool, funny girl. 🙂

We had lunch at ABC Kitchen and oh boy, everything was so delicious!

Came home after Shane’s soccer game and we baked an apple cake and apple muffins. 

Apple cake made with whole wheat and no sugar. Not very pretty and not popular amongst my family but my mom and I like it. Not-so-guilty pleasure… 😉

We sat outside on the porch to carve pumpkins, enjoying this beautiful fall weather.

After Andrew and Chloe left for the Ball, my parents, Shane and I went out to have sushi for dinner celebrating my parent’s wedding anniversary. 🙂

Perfect way to end the busy Saturday.

One of Chloe’s best friends is moving to Europe so we are getting together at her friend’s house for a goodbye party…

Then meeting up with one of my best friends from college and her hubby for a dinner at Beatrice Inn.

So happy we got to catch up with this amazing cool couple! I missed you guys so much! Love you guys… Come back to NYC~~ please. 🙁

My all time favorite fall activity is going to a farm and picking fruits with my family. 😉

It’s a bit of a drive but we love coming to this farm so we can also pick grapes.
