Andrew has a work event and because of his packed schedule he’s staying in the city for two night. So I decided to tag along and spend two days in the city with him. Thanks to Mom & Dad for watching the kids! I haven’t done that in ages and the best part is the hotel is right where I used to live when I first came to NYC. I’m back in my old stomping ground…

The room is tiny but has a big view. 🙂

Good morning, big apple!

I walked 25 min in the cold windy spring morning for the Blackseed bagels. Are you worth $18? 

Not really. Nevertheless, I had to try it.

Chloe started taking ice skating lessons with her friends on Fridays.

So I brought Shane and his friend.

Afterwards, it’s just me and the boys for dinner.

These kids eat more than me for sure.

Chloe went off with her friends.

Today I’m celebrating my friend’s upcoming wedding, and we came to The Art of Cakes to make beautiful cupcake bouquets.

Some wonderful two moms (ahem) took two girls and two boys to ice skating, then lunch, then ice skating again. Then boys got chair massages while girls went shopping. We got best Mothers of the Day Award. 😉
