I make a mean avocado smoked salmon on toasted everything bagel.

What a wonderful time we had tonight with some of my GRC family! I love when our conversations are intentional and Christ centered. Loved and enjoy every minute of their presence at our home. 🙂

Dinner tonight @Choux Gras Brasserie Culinaire, where kids tried foie gras for the first time and loved it.

Today we decided to take a break from being on the mountain, (Because the forecast says it’s -20?) and explore this charming picturesque pedestrian village. We rode the standing gondola from the town to enjoy the view from high up.

“Coco Pazzo, the best Italian restaurant in Mont-Tremblant.” I have to agree.
