A big yummy breakfast before we go out today on our adventure.

I’ve been upping my game with my breakfast eggs lately and today I made a delicious seafood salad to bring to my friend’s pool for an afternoon swim.

Kids and I surprised my parents this morning by going to their apt so we can go worship at their Korean church today. Followed by Korean comfort food on this rainy day. It’s been raining all week!

I made Korean savory eggs, Gyeranjjim, drizzled with perilla oil for breakfast for kids. It was so good, that by the time kids got up, it was all gone. Yes, I ate it all. They’ll never know…

In between Farmer’s dog deliveries for Miles, I also started making healthy meals for him so he can live a healthy long life with us.
