The leaders took the kids for archery while I went for a massage and Andrew rested in the room. My legs were so sore from today’s hike and it was just what I needed.

After dinner, Chloe and I had time to go to the spa and had a girls’ time.

We woke up early to fill us up with a healthy breakfast before beginning our adventure today.

Then we went to the trailer where our leaders have prepared variety of food so we can grab & pack our lunches  before heading out to Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias~

Our journey with Backroads started with riding a Sugar Pine railroad to meet our leaders who will guide us through Yosemite National Park in the next 6 days.

When we got off the train, our leaders had prepared us a delicious picnic lunch at the park.

After lunch they prepared us with our first bike ride

This nice looking van came to pick us up at the hotel. Here we come, Yosemite National Park!

There’s only one other family with 11 years old boy who’s doing the tour with us so it’s going to feel like a private tour. We had so much room to spread in this party van.

We are back in town for another night. Then we are starting our multi-adventure Backroads tour tomorrow. So excited!
