We came to Boston for a few days for kids spring break!

Today we were supposed to set up a table at a local strip mall and sell girl scout cookies.

But we got rained out.

After lunch we went to our friends for some fun Easter activities.

I was successful at dressing Shane but Chloe refused to wear a new dress I bought her. At least she didn’t call it stupid…she politely asked if she could pick out her own outfit…

We spent a beautiful day in Brooklyn visiting Winter flea + Smorgasburg in Industry city then catching up with friends over a delicious meal.

Kids sang during Sunday service today. 

I had such a lovely day with my girl Chloe in the city today. She’s a great partner to just walk the New York streets with no particular goal and we had so many fun and meaningful conversations. 

For lunch, I took her to Lady Mendel’s and had  a five course high tea. 

What a charming place to spend time with my girl. I love that we can make these special memories and knowing how appreciative and thankful she is makes these kinds of moments even more special. What a blessing…
