Beach Weekend with Friends!
Saturday, August 26th, 2017Reunited!
Friday, August 25th, 2017Today we are so excited to see our kids again! We picked them up and drove to Cape May for some beach days and got to hear all about their camp experience on the car ride.
Chloe’s very first response when I asked how she felt about the experiece was that she felt that she confirmed her faith this week. I mean…
She said she was so nervous in the beginning, not really knowing what to expect on the first day, kind of was searching for her reason for being there. Then when she went on a creek walk with her group, she really loved that experience. She felt like she came to the camp for the creek. Then during the week as she listened to the sermons and studied the Bible, she came to a realization that the real reason why she was there was for God to work in her heart and strengthen her faith. This was in her own words. Glory to God! What a testimony!
They already had this video made! I am so grateful for all of the volunteers who run this camp!

Wednesday, August 16th, 2017Rex~
Tuesday, August 15th, 2017Our friend’s dog, Rex has been with us just for couple of days and we are enjoying every minute of it. Chloe and Rex are inseparable… Shane was too, despite of his itchyness but by the late afternoon yesterday his allergies got so bad, he had to stay away. Poor thing, he was so sad… 🙁
I came downstairs this morning before 6am, and this is what I saw.
Already their second morning walk @7am
Chloe totally took care of this guy. Hands down she’s the best dog sitter I know!
Rex~ we love you! Come back soon!
