Today is the last day of (a full day) school! Tomorrow is only an half day so I took the kids to LT swimming pool this afternoon.

My parents arrived from Korea last week and they brought one of my nephews to spend this summer with us! We are so happy to have you!

So this year, we have two great dads in the house!

We also got him a backpack from Lo & Sons.

Chloe had an overnight girl scout end-of-the-year party at a hotel nearby. They swam, got their nails done, ate pizza , stayed up really late chatting, slept, got up early, ate breakfast, and swam some more…

When I went to pick up Chloe at the hotel lobby the next day, everyone  was all quiet…because they were so dead tired. Haha. Lucky girls.

I paired up with Shane so I can take him out too.

What a beautiful day to be on a lake.

This was the last Chorus concert of the year. Throughout the year, they learned and sang 23 songs!

Today marks a very important milestone in both Chloe and Shane’s spiritual journey! They have been studying hard and been approved to become communing members of GRC. During today’s service they took their membership vows to partake The Lord’s supper for the first time.

We are so proud of them! May “the Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.”  Numbers 6:24-26

What a glorious day!

Chloe was 1 of 8000 students singing in the chorus at the Prudential Center tonight. I had no idea what kind of show they were rehearsing and it was amazing! Even Shane who was so reluctant to go said that he had a great time. 

I could see through my lens that Chloe was really into it and really singing and dancing! So happy to see her having a great time with her friends.
