A few steps from my hotel is this gorgeous shop that had many of my favorite designer’s works of art. There were so many beautiful, dazzling dresses, outfits and shoes… it was dreamy.

Then this dress. I couldn’t take my eyes off of.
The sales people were so nice and inviting (they were actually celebrating something with champagnes and cakes and even offered us some) I almost, almost tried this dress on.
I regret i didnt’. 😛

The night even got better.
We stumbled into a bar that had live music.
Let’s not forget the most expensive hot chocolate I ever had.

My friend hosted a beautiful afternoon tea party for my jewelry + beauty counter sale today.

Honestly, I was not feeling too well and was so tired, that I even arrived late to the event. Thanks to my cutest assistant Chloe, set up and clean up was a breeze. She set up my jewelry table all by herself while I was enjoying the tea in the dining room.

How did I get so lucky with this beautiful girl…
Thank you Cathy for the delicious food and tea you prepared for us!

We painted in our backyard this afternoon. The weather was too gorgeous to stay in.

Chloe and Shane told me they built a secrete club house. Well. Well. Well.
So cute! Not a secrete to me anymore. Now I know where to find these guys when they are hiding from me.

They are both painting Venice. This is Shane’s
and this is Chloe’s.
Hi!

Chloe wrote me a letter on the second day of school. I heart Chloe!
Her impressive summer reading list.

Andrew and I went to Chloe’s school for curriculum night and we were so impressed with how much she’s accomplished already.
I wish I had my camera with me to take pictures of her work.
She wrote several pages in her writing notebook about her experience in Italy and I was really blown away by how detailed it was and how much she remembered all the historical facts from the trip. She had all these cool facts about the Vatican and Michelangelo’s great influence in the history and his works in painting, sculpture and architecture in her notebook that even Andrew didn’t know. (but Of course I knew ;p)
Chloe you are one amazing kid!
