We are having a special dinner arranged by the owner of the castle. His friend, Lorenzo Baldacci, the Chef of Osteria di Fonterutoli restaurant in Tuscany came to the castle and prepared the most delicious meal for us.
It’s a late dinner… starting at 8pm!
First course: Rabbit steemed and macereted whit zisola olive oil, peppers cream and gote cheese
Second course: Fresh ravioli with grilled vegetables, thyme and pecorino cheese
Third: Guinea fowl with chick ora cream
By the time we finished it was past 10:30pm. I was so proud kids ate everything! Truly was an amazing, delicious and once in a lifetime experience!
