After coming back from that fantastic dinner last night, I stayed up until 2 am making this Korean style short rib stew for Andrew’s family lunch today.

Made 3 different dips for some chips.
Apple & pear salad with toasted walnuts.
Then I gently forced, I mean asked my beautiful niece to play the piano.
Happy to be reunited with her cousin Emily.
My happy girl…
