These kids… they have virtual zoom classes in their rooms and I’m delivering food to them every morning and sometimes even lunches too. Grrr…

My mom and I went to Woodbury Commons today. Luckily because of the cold rainy weather, the shops were not crowded and we felt okay shopping. Then this is what our lunch looked like. Eating Shake Shack burgers in the car. My mom’s been so cooped up in the house, this felt like such a nice little treat.

Chloe had her Girls Scout meeting/activity today at Alpine Scout Camp. Afterwards, we treated ourselves for some Korean food. Oh how I missed this!

I had so much fun with this lady tonight! We had Korean take out for dinner while listening to Korean oldies, chatting until mid-night. So. Much. Fun.

My parents and I went out for a walk and we were surrounded by beautiful autumn colors!

Kids are off from school a few days this week so we took them to Ramapo Valley for some fall hiking. Beautiful day with beautiful friends!

Today I’m using some of the pumpkin decorations and made a harvest pumpkin soup, Pumpkin, beef and black bean chili and roasted pumpkins for dessert.
