Lacrosse

Tuesday, May 9th, 2017

Chloe joined Lacrosse this spring. I don’t really don’t know this sports but looking forward to seeing her play.

She’s gotten really busy these days with her sports. She practices lacrosse three times a week plus playing games, runs track on Wednesdays and does yoga on Thursdays.

Happy Sunday!

Tuesday, May 2nd, 2017

Tonight calls for spinach and avocado pesto filled cheese with cannelloni bean salad for dinner which Chloe did most of the prep cooking.

Kids and I sat on the porch and had this simple and delicious dinner sans the golfer Dad.

There they go again… rolling on the grass on top of each other.

Spring at Home

Sunday, April 30th, 2017

It never gets old seeing flower trees bloom all around our house in the spring time.

Seeing massive cherry blossoms at BBG was very nice but it’s also lovely to enjoy our garden in a quiet comfort of home, away from the crowd.

Happy Easter!

A little family photoshoot before going to church.

We were not successful getting all 4 of us in 1 pictures… Sigh.

Shane took this picture. I love how the focus is on Chloe and not us. Haha

Saturday Hike

Saturday, April 15th, 2017

This morning I didn’t feel like going to my usual Saturday yoga class, instead, we decided to go for a hike to enjoy this gorgeous spring weather. Andrew suggested going to Sterling Forest State Park which is not too far from our house.

I think this is exactly what I was craving. It was a perfect weather and we really enjoyed being out together. I was so proud of the kids for hiking 5 miles without complaints!

Shane found a heart shaped stone.

Chloe was our super duper mountain guide. She went ahead of us the whole time, informing us about trail conditions.

Standing up on the fire tower on top of the mountain.

What a beautiful day for a hike! We plan to return here to explore the other trails soon.
