spring in the backyard

Saturday, May 3rd, 2014

Spring is my favorite season because it reminds me of God’s creation and that there is new life after death because of Christ.

It’s so lovely to see blooms are popping out on bushes and trees, signaling the spring. It is an amazing thing to witness things coming alive before my very eyes.

This is our first spring in this house so I’m just so curious to see what else is blooming in the backyard and around the house!

I didn’t have the best day at work today. In fact, it was one of those days you wish it didn’t happen. But it did. SO. . . I opened a bottle of wine and decide to enjoy the rest of the day.

Shane had a kindergarten screening at his new school this afternoon so I had a chance to have lunch with him at home.

I made pasta with clam sauce.
