Saturday, March 15th, 2014For appetizers, I did lots of differnet kind of cheese, bread, crackers, olives, dried and some fresh fruits and cured meats (basically no cooking required).
For side dish, I made crunch noodle salad
Honey porter glazed chicken skewers
Baked asian salmon with panko crust on top
Our guest brought this wonderful flourless double chocolate cake with homemade raspberry sauce. Yummy way to finish the night. Thank you all for coming!
