Friday, August 9th, 2013“Honey, you gotta see this! It’s the most beautiful thing!” Andrew called me over as I walked into the house.
“Mommy mommy, we have a bambi in our lawn!” “Look there’s mommy deer too!” Squeaked kids.
They are the first guests since we moved!
Tonight’s dinner: Stir fried udon noodles with chicken and vegetables.

Thursday, August 1st, 2013First dish I made in the new house: Baked pasta with roasted vegetables. Simple, easy and delicious!
We moved in to the house on Tuesday, then had to sleep in our old house in Teaneck because we didn’t close on the house until Wednesday.
By Thursday night, I pretty much unpacked all the kitchen stuff and was ready to cook!
