last day of camp
Friday, August 23rd, 2013Today is the last day of summer camp at the true light church. Shane has been going there for preschool last year and now we are saying goodbye. Chloe also went here for the past two summer camps and she’s very sad to leave.
Shane made this little book called, “I am a ninja. How to be a ninja.” for his friend at school and put one of his own ninjago guys as a present. How sweet is this! He asked me to spell words and wrote everything himself. He worked very hard on this.
They even have page numbers.
Chloe also drew a picture for her best friend. 🙂
my mom
Monday, August 19th, 2013I’m really sad that my mom is leaving for Korea today after being with us for almost 6 months. I’m so grateful for her time here…though I always feel like I didn’t do enough and I should’ve done this and that…
Chloe is also very sad. She’s trying to remember her smell.
My mom is such a faithful christian and I have my faith because of her. 99% of what she speaks about is always about God and her faith… the other 1% being fashion. She’s such a fashionista and a great ambassador of Christ. I love you so much! Missing you terribly already…
meet the neighbors
Sunday, August 18th, 2013I made the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich by Ina Garten. They were fantastic!
Afterwards, we went to a few houses in the neighborhood with small sweet treats hoping to become friends with our neighbors.
