game night

After dinner we went to the hotel family room to hang out and play some board games.

We played Jenga.

Andrew attempted to show the kids the domino effect…

not successful with this little guy…

It feels like we’re at a ski lodge on a cold winter night. Wait, I guess we sort of are…

This week is kids spring break. So we decided to take a short trip to Lake Placid  which is about 4.5 hours away.

We enjoyed driving through beautiful scenic views.

Staying here for the next three days.

panoramic view of the mirror lake from the balcony.

My parents are leaving to go back to Korea tomorrow. They stayed with us for the past 6 months to help us out with kids rides, cooking, groceries, etc, you name it. My mom prepared and packed lunches for the kids AND me every single week day for the past 6 months. That’s some serious dedication and love! I feel so blessed to have such support and love from my parents and I’ll miss them so much…

awesome day at the wei’s

Saturday, April 7th, 2012

We went over to the Wei’s for a play date today.

They prepared make-your-own-pizza lunch which was really fun for the kids.

Gotta get more cheese!

Mr. Andrew was in charge of the oven department.

They also did lots of craft projects.

Now the tasting part!

Yum!

Then they went out side and did egg hunting.

hint! hint!

They found tons of eggs.

Love that smile.

Shane’s singing to get more eggs from auntie SJ.

endless counts of candies…

Now decorating more eggs.

My attempt to do ombré effect…

Cute moment: Shane, playing with baby Mikaela.

I wasn’t able to soothe her but Andrew did. He still got that magic touch.

Thank you guys for another fun-packed day!

andrew’s dad

Saturday, April 7th, 2012

Andrew lost his dad when he just started college. I never met him but I know he would be so proud of Andrew… and that he’s watching us and praying for us in heaven.

chloe’s an author

Chloe drew my mom in her  new “book”.  She thinks my mom is the most beautiful person. So sweet.

Her first book is called ‘The Zoo’ which is inspired by her favorite book ‘Put me in the Zoo’ by Dr. Seuss. She said, we can take turns taking it for business trips.

This is me.
