beautiful autumn day

Saturday, October 30th, 2010

We drove to upstate NY to enjoy the beautiful fall weather.

This is Shane's "about to cry" face when his pride is hurt. My mom tells me I had the same face when I cried too.

We went to Bear Mountain State park again.

Shane, the T-Rex!!!

not too happy with his hat though.

My parents came with us to watch the kids parades too.

Chloe, the Pink Bat Girl!

They were the cutest officers ever!

Ansley, the pretties Princess!

Shane's class

Since my business trip, Shane's been really clingy to me. He's been upset everyday when I dropped him off at school and this morning was the same… I went back inside to check on him and he seemed fine. Oh Shane…

Chloe's class parade. Almost all the girls in her class were princesses except for Chloe. I'm glad I convinced her to be something different. This morning, when she actually opened the box of her custom, she was super excited. We picked out the outfit together over a month ago, and I guess she kind of forgot what it looked like. She jumped over to me to give me hugs and kisses, thanking me for the custom. 🙂

My super sweet bat girl!!!

I splurged on kids clothing while I was in Paris. They were so hard to resist… too Cute…

Chloe kissed Shane and he said, "thank you Chloe".

musée du louvre

Saturday, October 23rd, 2010

I learned that the Tuileries are the largest and oldest public park in Paris. The gardens were an integral part of the palatial scheme created by the kings of France. Its landscaping and sculptures provide the perfect complement to the Louvre.

eiffel tower

Wednesday, October 20th, 2010

After work, I went to go see the Eiffel Tower, finally!

First, I grabbed nutella crepes on the go. YUM!

The last time I was here was with Andrew about 10 years ago. I hope to come back with the kids next time. It's pretty amazing…

The little souvenir Eiffel Towers lit up the streets all around. Pretty.

I ended up getting lost for about 2 hours after that. I walked around, took a bus to a wrong direction, and came back to my hotel almost around 11 pm. starving… Had hotel chocolate for dinner.

But the best part was that I got to see the light show three times in one night. 🙂

So I started working today at our Paris office, and this is what my girl friends did all day.

They went to every Christian Louboutin store in Paris and bought a pair each!

Me, trying on one of their shoes. I WANT one…

Here's what we bought this weekend. Wow…
