Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send unworn merchandise in resaleable condition back to us within 14 days of shipment date for merchandise credit only. We unfortunately cannot make exceptions to this policy. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Any return received after the 14-day period is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Please note that we will not take back returns or exchange on Customized orders.

- Your name
- Your address
- Your telephone number
- Date of purchase
- Style number or name
- Order number
- Reason for return request
Please package your return in the original packaging and send it in a sturdy box or padded envelope. If you would like to keep the gift box, please return the jewelry in some other hard protective container.
Please insure your package!!! We cannot issue merchandise credit if your package is lost or damaged.
Once we receive and process your order, we will send you information on your merchandise credit and how to redeem it to the email address that you provided to us when you ordered. Please make sure that the email that you've provided to us is a valid account. Merchandise credits are effective for 1 year after the date of issue.
