Andrew got me these beautiful flowers for Mother’s Day. Then he asked  me to Venmo the payment. Uhm. Thanks.
Kids read the card that came with flowers and kept asking Andrew who wrote the card for him. Lol! They know their dad too well!

Sunlights began to lingering longer, inviting the kids to play outside after dinner.

My mom and I went for a walk too. 

Shane decided he would sleep in Chloe’ hanging chair tonight. Yeah, that lasted an hour before Chloe kicked him out.

My friend sent me these beautiful tulips to brighten my day. Well she definitely did! Thank you for thinking of me. Miss you Karen! xx

Shane helped me make roasted potatoes with garlic and parsley.

yI made an Italian Easter pie. I actually messed up my dough last night so had to run to a market this morning and got lucky with finding a pre-made dough! Turned out not very pretty looking but pretty delicious nevertheless. 

Also made Texas Oven-Roasted beef brisket. 

Andrew and kids are making dessert for our special easter dinner! They made lemon blueberry bunt cake! And jello. 😉

I told my family to get dressed nicely but I showed up in my sweatpants. Oops! I was busy cooking in the kitchen and didn’t have time to change. Oh well, at least I look decent from the waist up. lol.

Worked out a deal with this guy. $10 an hr. He vacuumed the whole first floor and I did the second floor. My arms are about to fall off. 
Contemplating on buying I-robot vacuum cleaners on Amazon at the moment…

I’m going to actually miss this relaxed family breakfast times when this pandemic is over. The rest of the family already ate and left but these two are taking their time, eating and talking before they decide to go log into school…
