A big yummy breakfast before we go out today on our adventure.

I see them having conversations and enjoying each other’s company during the car ride here and just being in the same space… and I’ve missed seeing that. Often times at home, they are just busy doing their own things, they don’t interact much. So it’s  heartwarming to see them close and realize how important it is to set aside a family time away from daily routines.

I’m taking my kids and parents for a road trip down to Jersey Shore for my dad’s birthday. First stop, Klein’s Fish Market in Belmar.

I’ve been upping my game with my breakfast eggs lately and today I made a delicious seafood salad to bring to my friend’s pool for an afternoon swim.

Kids and I surprised my parents this morning by going to their apt so we can go worship at their Korean church today. Followed by Korean comfort food on this rainy day. It’s been raining all week!

She’s been enjoying studying at cafes and today, I treated her with eyelash lift treatments followed by yummy Korean food for lunch.
