cooking camp – day 1
Monday, February 16th, 2015Kids have a winter break this week so I signed up Chloe for a two day cooking camp at Sur La Table. She was thrilled to say the least! Her dream is to become a chef star like Giada. 🙂
They made: Cornflake-crusted chicken fingers with brown sugar barbecue dipping sauce, Oven-roasted sweet potato wedges, Rainbow coleslaw with honey mustard vinaigrette
Impressive!

Wednesday, February 11th, 2015this is 40
Monday, February 2nd, 2015To me, the best gift my family can get for my birthday is their thoughtful cards. And today, I’m on cloud nine because of what they gave me. Feeling so loved and blessed…
Chloe wrote 40 things about me in her notebook and gave it to me with her card:
This is AMAZING. I cried and I laughed… Thank you my dearest daughter Chloe. You are AMAZING.
Andrew also left me a card with kids to give it to me today. 🙂
Thank you God for loving me so much and blessing me with a beautiful family….

Sunday, February 1st, 2015work – day 1
Sunday, January 25th, 2015Even though I had the whole king size bed to myself, I only occupied one side. That’s called married with kids crawling in your bed all the time.
Breakfast at 6 a.m. Who knows when my next meal will be… I need to eat when I can!
Now check out the gorgeous view,
Then, park myself in the suite until things get done! Let ‘s do this.
I’m taking before and after pictures with my coworker to see how skinny we’re going to get at the end of this week. Or maybe the other way… But of course we chose this mirror that made us look so much skinnier than we actually are. lol. We had fun goofing around.
family that paints together
Sunday, January 18th, 2015It’s an icy cold weather outside and we’re making the most out of this weekend by staying warm inside and doing some painting. Chloe and I are recovering from nasty cold/viruses/infections and it was nice to do something productive and relaxing. We talked, we laughed, we hugged, we praised God… what a nice bonding time we had!

pink passion 5k
Sunday, October 26th, 2014Chloe and I got up at 6 am this morning to get ready for our first 5K run/walk together for USR Pink Passion Run to raise money and awareness for breast cancer. I was so proud of her for wanting to do it and actually running more than an half way!
We both really enjoyed the time together this morning. We finished the race in 51 minutes! Girl Scouts Brownies. Thanks for the support, girls!
